Abraham Williams met his future wife, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, while he was working on a documentary film in India. The two were introduced by a mutual friend, and they hit it off immediately.
“I was captivated by her story,” Abraham said of meeting Tulsi. “She had this unique background, having been born in American Samoa to Hindu parents.”
Abraham Williams Has Directed Several Documentaries
In addition to the film he was working on in India when he met Tulsi, Abraham Williams has directed a number of other documentaries.
His first film, “A Journey of Awakening,” chronicles the spiritual journey of Ram Dass, an American guru and author who popularized Eastern spirituality in the West.
