I’m stepping down as a Director of @the_440 – for reasons of growth, change, respect, and friendship, of which there are absolutely no hard feelings with this decision. Early in 2015 I connected with @trentknox and it was an instant friendship formed over training, chicken burgers, and plenty of pizza. After many Instagram DMs, and messages from Knoxy, I finally made an appearance to the 440. Jan 13th 2017, 5am I was introduced to The Bronte cutting. A stretch of hallowed ground in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, that for the next 6 years, would change my life rapidly! The 440 created opportunities for a business to be born, public speaking, events to host, races to compete in, coveted invite to do a Ted Talk, travel, meditation, lots of sneakers, being regarded as leaders in the run community, and most importantly hanging out with some amazing humans!
