Rebecca Jones was a Mexican-American actress who has passed away after battling pneumonia and ovarian cancer. She was known for her films such as, Gringo mojado, Días de combate, Voy a explotar, La Cama, Tercera llamada and many more. At the age of 65 she died in presence of her loved ones. During her first job, she served several years as a waitress. Her first break as an actress came when she returned to Mexico and quickly gained recognition for her on-stage performances and soon found herself appearing in films and television shows.

She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, which led to health complications for the actress, in 2018. In Rebecca Jones’ case, the ovarian cancer weakened her immune system, making her more susceptible to a serious infection.
