Noah is the latest American Idol winner to join the illustrious list. On May 22, the season 20 champion was announced during the finale. Noah was in the top three with HunterGirl and Leah Marlene, who finished second.
In the final two, Season 20 featured two country musicians: Leah came in third. Arthur, his coworker, encouraged him to audition for American Idol. Arthur was the one who registered Noah for the “Idol Across America” virtual audition and signed him up. Noah stated that he would never have enrolled himself in Idol because he has no confidence in himself. Arthur’s intuition paid off handsomely for Noah.
Noah grew up in Louisa, Kentucky, and before American Idol he was employed there as a construction worker. “The people I work with are probably my favorite part,” he said in his introduction video.
