Mimi was previously creative director of Tatou Supper Clubs and the Rubin Project Promoters, as well as a promoter of Jerry and Mimi’s Studio 54. Mark Fleischman Career Explored
According to the BBC, Fleischman bought Studio 54, which opened in New York City in 1977 and became a scene for celebrities from founders Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager early in the 1980s. According to the BBC, he was ill for the first time in 2016.
He had trouble with his motor skills, but doctors were unable to determine what was wrong with him. After two years of trying previously, Fleischman contacted Dignitas, a Swiss organization that helps terminally ill patients end their lives. Assisted suicide has been permitted in Switzerland since 1942.
