Milo Arthur Johnson is the son of Boris Johnson who is a British politician and writer who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party from 2019 to 2022. From 2001 to 2008, he served as the MP for Henley, and from 2015 until 2023, he represented Uxbridge and South Ruislip. Milo was born in 1995 and is the eldest son of Boris Johnson. He was the second child of four to be born to Johnson and his second wife Marina Wheeler. Boris Johnson entered a relationship with childhood friend Marina Wheeler, who had moved to Brussels in 1990. She is the second wife of Boris Johnson. They were married in May 1993 in Horsham, Sussex. Soon after this Marina gave birth to a daughter.

Johnson and his new wife settled in Islington, North London.
