Giacomo Losi was an Italian footballer who played as a full-back. He was born on September 10, 1935, in Soncino, Italy, and passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 88 in Rome, Italy. Losi began his professional career at Inter Milan where he made 450 appearances and scored 9 goals from 1955 to 1974.

He also represented the Italian national team from 1961 to 1974, earning a total of 43 caps. He stands at a height of 1.69m (5 ft 7 in), Losi was known for his defensive skills and versatility on the field.
On 3 July 1968, Losi took the decision to establish the Italian Footballers’ Association (AIC) in Milan. He was joined by a group of fellow footballers including Sandro Mazzola, Giacomo Bulgarelli, Ernesto Castano, Giancarlo De Sisti and Gianni Rivera. He had recently retired from football but was also a lawyer who was appointed as the president of the association.
