Charles Cosby, who is known for being the only romantic partner of drug queen Griselda Blanco to have survived recently shared his story of why he fell in love with her. He recounted that at the age of 11 she allegedly kidnapped, attempted to ransom and eventually shot a child from an upscale flatland neighborhood near her home. In 1991, Cosby began writing letters to the imprisoned Colombian billionaire and has now revealed what brought him to her.
