Roasted Broccoli Recipe

Broccoli Roasted Broccoli is a simple, healthy, and flavorful dish that transforms ordinary broccoli into a delicious side that pairs well with many meals. Roasting brings out the vegetable’s natural sweetness while creating crispy, caramelized edges that add extra texture and flavor. It is a popular recipe because it requires only a few ingredients and very little preparation time.

To make roasted broccoli, fresh broccoli florets are washed, dried, and cut into bite-sized pieces. They are then tossed with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Optional ingredients such as minced garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, or Parmesan cheese can be added to enhance the taste. The broccoli is spread evenly on a baking tray and roasted in a preheated oven at around 220°C (425°F) for about 20–25 minutes. During roasting, the florets become tender on the inside while developing crispy edges on the outside.
