Tristyn Bailey was an American cheerleader who was brutally murdered on Mother’s Day, 2021. She was murdered by Aiden Fucci, accused of murdering his classmate made references to demons during his court appearance, according to video of the hearing obtained by a local news station.

Larizza stated that days before the tragedy occurred, Fucci had told friends of his plans to kill somebody though he never said who it would be.

Where Is Aiden Fucci Now?

The day after the murder, Fucci was arrested and made multiple confessions according to his arrest report.

After he was apprehended, Fucci posted a photo of himself in the back of a police car alluding to Tristyn. In the selfie, Fucci flashed a peace sign. The caption read: “Hey guys has anybody seen Tristyn lately?” Fucci has pleaded not guilty.

Crystal Smith, Fucci’s mother, is currently facing charges for tampering with evidence in her son’s murder case. These charges allegedly come from washing blood off her son’s jeans. She was released on $25,000 bail after being booked in June and has since pleaded not guilty. Kachergus, who is Smith’s attorney did not immediately return a call when asked for comment Friday night.
