Why Did Cody Longo Arrested?
While Cody Longo was arrested in January 2020, he was charged with sex assault on a child, which is a class 4 felony, but the charges were later dropped as a result of a plea agreement. According to Clarksville Now, Longo pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge in Colorado that occurred in 2019, which involved a 9-year-old girl and Longo.
As reported by the outlet, Longo was also facing a domestic assault charge from 2020, after his wife reported that she being shoved in the face with the forearm of her husband, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.
