Until her passing on March 24, 2024, Davis was wed to Samantha, the sister of actress Hayley Burroughs and the daughter of Davis’ business associate Peter Burroughs. While filming Willow, where Samantha and Peter played small roles as Nelwyn villagers, Davis got to know the Burroughs family. They are parents of three kids.

Davis’ dwarfism is caused by an extremely rare genetic disorder called spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita (SED), in contrast to the majority of dwarfs who have achondroplasia (70.65%).
Two of Davis’ children have SED, and his wife Samantha had achondroplasia. Eleven days after birth, the couple’s first son passed away due to inheriting both diseases. At 19 weeks, their second son was miscarried.
According to Davis, the health issues that come with being little are the sole true disadvantage. Regarding his own dwarfism, Davis has stated that “Well, it gets worse as you get older… To begin with, your joints.
They sit here because my hips are displaced. knees that hurt so much. When I was very little, I had foot surgery. Retinal detachment is a possibility, but I now recognize the symptoms.”
Davis is a co-founder of the charity Little People UK, which helps families and individuals with dwarfism.

Before delivering Annabelle and Harrison into the world, Samantha experienced two miscarriages and lost another baby, George, when she was 19 weeks pregnant.
