Rachel Woolford is one of the 18 aspiring entrepreneurs in the show The Apprentice. She is setting out to prove to Lord Sugar that she is worthy of the £250,000 investment through brand new challenges, along with the return of old favourites like the shopping channel task.

She resides in Leeds. Growing up business-minded, Rachel has lots of experience managing her own work. One such entrepreneur is Rachel Woolford, a boutique fitness studio owner. When she was asked, ‘What is your biggest business fail?’

She replied, ‘Not asking for help. For a long time, I did absolutely everything in my business – teaching classes, payroll, cleaning, accounts – you name it, I was doing it. Once I learnt that it’s ok to delegate and outsource some of these jobs, I started to scale my business. I finally understood the phrase “work on your business, not in it.’

When I was seven years old, I went missing, only for my frantically worried mum to find me by the roadside selling my toys shaking a biscuit tin full of coins and shouting “toys for sale, everything must go today!”

She started hers in the middle of COVID and has had a business mind since she was a child, revealing in a Q&A that when she was seven years old she went missing, only for her mother to find her by the roadside selling her toys.
