Nina Simone is the youngest child of the Smith family. She was born on August 9, 2000 in USA to LL Cool J and Simone Smith. She is unique among her siblings as she is the only one following in her musician father’s footsteps.
She released her first single “Call Me” in 2019 and is pursuing a musical career, which was mentioned by LL Cool J during an interview with Steve Harvey in 2020.
“My youngest daughter Nina, she’s a singer … she really has that gene, and she loves it,” he said. “I’m going to support her, but she has to make it. Daddy will help, but you gotta make it. What I am not going to do to my children is ruin their lives by giving them everything they should work for.”
