Kelvin Kiptum Death
On February 11, 2024, at 11 PM, a tragic accident occurred in Kenya. Kelvin Kiptum, along with his coach Gervais Hakizimana, lost their lives in a road traffic accident between Kaptagat and Eldoret.
The incident involved a Toyota Premio driven by Kiptum, which unfortunately lost control and rolled over. Sadly, both Kiptum and Hakizimana did not survive the accident while a female passenger sustained injuries. He accompanied his family’s livestock and followed barefoot runners through the bush as a child. By 2013, Kiptum was 13 and trained.
