From 2005 to 2013, he represented an Omaha district in the Nebraska Legislature for two terms. In 2020, he was re-elected to serve another term in the Nebraska Legislature. In the year 1966, he received a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University. She earned her master’s degree in 1967.
