Justin Ena roots are in Provo, Utah but she was raised in Shelton, Washington and graduated from the local high school there.
In 1997 Ena made a bold decision to join Brigham Young University as an undergraduate student and also become part of the BYU Cougars football team where she took on the role of linebacker – redshirting that first season.
On September 6, 2004, after being released by the Eagles organization, Ena was quickly signed with the Tennessee Titans. Appearing in 16 games and starting five of them, he made a total of 32 tackles – four for loss – plus one pass defended.
A year later on November 15th 2005 he rejoined his former team as an Eagle once more and participated in six events while contributing 9 tackles to their stat sheet.
