Dijana Djokovic is the mother of Novak Djokovic who passed his toughest Australian Open first round test since the first of his record 10 men’s singles titles at the event. Supporting and following her son Novak worldwide, Dijana gained notoriety for several missteps and strong statements in Novak’s favor. Also, Novak Djokovic said in an interview with nbcsports,

Who Is Dijana Djokovic?
Dijana (née Žagar) is of paternal Serbian and maternal Croatian descent. She is married with Srdjan Djokovic who is a Serbian entrepreneur and former professional skier and skiing coach.
She was born in Kosovska Mitrovica and grew up in the nearby town of Zvečan, Kosovo, which at the time was part of the Yugoslav Republic of Serbia. Her in-laws were, Stanka and Vladimir. She has a sister-in-law named, Jelena, and a brother-in-law, Goran.
During winters, Srdjan Djokovic worked as a ski coach in the winter resorts of Kopaonik and Brezovica, where he met his future wife Dijana Žagar in 1986. Couple are the parents of three sons: Novak (born 1987), Marko (born 1991), and Djordje (born 1995). Her husband, Srdjan Djokovic appeared with the Night Wolves, a pro-Vladimir Putin motorbike gang, outside the Rod Laver Arena in January 2023 during the Australian Open tennis event.

Vasyl Myroshnychenko, the Ukrainian ambassador to Australia, demanded Djokovic’s ban from the next tennis match. Djokovic therefore declined to attend the January 27 semi-final to avoid disruption. After the incident, Srdjan Djokovic said he assumed he was taking photos with Serbian tennis enthusiasts and not pro-Russian thugs.
