Trey Azagthoth is an American vocalist, guitarist, primary composer and sole remaining original member of band ‘Morbid Angel’ an American death metal band based in Tampa, Florida, formed in 1983. On Friday, April 21, 2023 in Tampa, Florida, during a concert Trey falls of the stage and the video went viral. Reason behind is fall stated by his mother that, he was “dehydrated” and was suffering from a back injury. During the band’s set at The Orpheum, the incident occurred during the fifth song. After collapsing, the 58-year-old musician was helped to the stage’s back after he collapsed. Steve told the crowd.
